Assalamo Alaikom,

Dear Ayaat Community Members,

In light of the guidance from the Canadian Council of Imams (CCI), Muslim Medical Association of Canada (MMAC) and the Ontario's Chief Medical Officer,

Ayaat Foundation has decided to suspend this weekend classes starting from today Friday, March 13th.(INCLUDING FRIDAY,13th )

The coming week is already a March Break Vacation for all Ayaat classes till Sunday, March 22nd, 2020.

Also, Our March Break camp will be suspended until further notice.

Our number one priority is the safety of our students, parents, staff, volunteers and the public and we will be taking all necessary measures to maintain that priority. We will be continuing our mission of teaching people the words of Allah through telecommunication, online platforms or any other methods until the safety concerns are addressed. We’re working on Ayaat Strategy for reassuming study after the March Break vacation and will keep you posted with the latest updates always inshallah.

We strongly encourage all members of our community to do the following:

Stay at home and avoid public gathering as much as possible.
Take the necessary health and safety precautions that will help protect you and your children's health. May Allah SWT protect us from the illness.
Read the advice for the public that WHO has issued to help reduce the risk of transmission as well as provide ways to cope if you are feeling stressed or anxious about the outbreak.

If you have recently returned or travelled to any countries listed under Government of Canada travel advisories please stay at home for 14 days to self-isolate and monitor your health for these symptoms.

May Allah protect you and your families. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
